Welcome to the Lake!
We have been working with and reserving vacation homes for over 20 years. We want everyone to enjoy the lake as much as we do. You can view our vacation home inventory below. We have pictures inside and out of all home. You can either reserve online at your convenience or you can call or email us and we will be glad to reserve a home for you.
These homes are "Lake" houses..........A lot of these homes were built a very long time ago and have the characteristics of an old lake house. Some people like that and some do not. Unless stated in the description that the house has been completely remodeled please don't expect it to be brand new without character. If you are looking for a brand new perfect home without flaws or blemishes then we probably don't have what you are looking for. If you are just wanting to come to the lake for a nice family vacation and don't have a probem with lake houses then we probably have something to suit your needs.
June and July reservations ahead of time are weekly with the exception of a few houses that might allow less than a week ahead of time otherwise bookings in advance would generally need to be for a week. For the homes that will do less than a week it will say some weekends in the description or you can just call or email us to check.

Huge yard for outdoor gatherings with a large pole shed perfect for outdoor grilling or fish frying. There is an amazing sandy beach for swimming. This one doesn't have a pier but there's a wall you can tie your boat to or you can anchor it on the sandy beachfront. There's a large open screened in porch for lazy summer afternoons on the lake. This one has new mattresses on the beds so come on back and enjoy a really good night sleep while on vacation.

Cute, Cute, Cute little 2 bedroom and 1 bath at Church Branch is perfect little vacation getaway for someone looking for a quiet peaceful vacation. Home is so nicely decorated that it is like a home away from home. There is a large screened and fenced in yard on the waterside as well as a private launch ramp. If you'd rather be on main lake Randolph's newly renovated landing and bait / tackle shop is just down the street. There are both gas and charcoal grills for your use as well as a gas cooker, you just need to bring your own gas cylinder. There is a fish cleaning sink and table outside as well as lights, power and water at the seawall with built in rod holders waiting for your fishing rods. New heat pump/air conditioner, Washer, dryer, mixer, toaster, Keurig and reglard drip coffee makers, air fryer, electric skillet, cable TV and free WIFI. They also have an aqua pad for lazy lake floating.
The owners are smokers so this house is smoker friendly as well. If you are not a smoker please be advised that this house is smoke friendly.

The ever popular Randolph's Landing is under new ownership and new management and has been completely overhauled and renovated from the convenience store to the restaurant to the hotel rooms that are currently still being renovated. This home has an amazing view of Lake Marion from "the Home of the Big Cats". There arae 2 seperate dining areas, 2 family rooms / dens (one with a fireplace), huge screened porch on the waterside with large sink / bar and jacuzzi tub. There is an outside grilling deck. Inside there are plenty of sleeping arrangements, side by side fridge, washer and dryer and cable TV in every room. The convenience of having the restaurant on site as well as the bait / tackle shop / convenience store means you never have to leave the serenity of your vacation. There is a local Dollar General just down the road so if you need something that's not on site you don't have to go far to find what you need. If you have extra guests that pop in and need a place to stay the hotel on site has been newly renovated as well and can accommodate any last minute guests. This one will also accept pets within a certain breed/type and size and with a pet fee. Ask for more details on that if you have a pet. The pier and the beach are shared with the campground.

Homes are NOT pet friendly unless otherwise noted. If you are caught sneaking a pet in you may be asked to leave immediately with no refunds given. If you bring a pet to a pet friendly house without paying the pet fee it will be deducted from you deposit when you leave.
$200 security deposit and signed contract is required at the time of booking to hold a reservation. If we do not have both within 5 days of reservation it will be cancelled. Rent balance is due one month prior to arrival.
In addition to the nightly/weekly rate, all reservations will include a cleaning fee which is different for each house depending on size as well as 12% accommodations tax as per SC law. There is a minimum 3 night reservation but if it is a last minute and you wish to only reserve 2 nights there will be a $25/night surcharge. Everyone pays a security deposit as well. This deposit is refundable after you leave and everything at the house checks out and there are no damages or issues.
If there is a grill you will need to provide your own charcoal or gas cylinder.
